Fabric Love

I haven't been able to find any new fabric for bags in the stores around here lately. So I ordered some online at my favorite fabric website. It came today and I'm so excited to make some cute stuff. I thought I'd share the "before" because I think I got some really good ones. A few of them are spoken for, but if anyone sees anything they like let me know!

I'm glad that my bag has one of the featured fabrics - maybe my taste isn't so bad after all!

In response to your taste Court, the "Courtney bag" is one of the most popular I've ever done!

Nancy...do you remember me? Sarah Knell (wright now) in your ward in single tree. I was roommates with Lauren Colten, Kelli and friends with Kathrine and Adrienne from MD. Anyways, I came across your site, and I saw mandy the other week and LOVE your bags! Question: What IS your favorite fabric store, and do you buy your fabric in plastics, or do you put a protective covering on for the diaper bags? Also, how much do your bags cost:) Thanks nancy!

To Debi and Sarah, hi, I'm glad you found my blog, just wondering how (Debi), if we have friends in common maybe? Anyway for anyone wanting a bag for now at least just leave me a comment with your email and I'll email you. I don't really have a web site or business set up yet (I'm looking into it) but the cost varies depending on size. I sell them from about $25-$50. The big ones that are mostly diaper or church bags are $50. And to Sarah, they are covered in a very tough plastic and also have a very stiff interfacing that makes them very durable. Thanks for checking in with me! Oh, and I buy most of my fabric online or at various fabric stores (like Jo-Ann and Hancock).

Nancy, Debi was one of my best friends from church when we were young. She's married to Abby's brother-in-law.

Love, love, love the fabric. I wouldn't mind one of my chairs recovered in some of that!! How about a couch? I loved the Easter pics. You all look great!

You crack me up with your comments. I really just go to these places and take pictures. We didn't really going bowling or to the bounce house. I bit Doug's finger and that's how the "bowling" injury occurred :) Come visit!! We would have so much fun!
